City Gets Multilevel Flyovers, Skywalks for a Hassle-free Traffic Experience.

Taking the first step towards hassle-free traffic movement in the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad, the foundation stones for multi-level flyovers and grade separators were laid at three places in the city under Strategic Road Development Plan (SRDP).

Deputy Chief Minister Mohammed Mahamood Ali laid the foundation stone for the multilevel flyovers at KBR Park in Banjara Hills, at Mindspace and Rajiv Park in Hitec City.

Japanese Garden, developed on a one-acre land at a cost of Rs. 80 lakh on Road No 3 at Banjara Hills was also inaugurated. Union minister of labour and employment Bandaru Dattatreya, IT minister KT Rama Rao, commerical taxes minister T Srinivas Yadav and others were present.

Speaking to mediapersons later, Rama Rao said the multilevel flyovers, skywalks and grade separators at 54 important traffic junctions like those in cities across the world would be built in the city in about three years at a cost of over Rs. 20,000 crore.
