Cupid Breweries and Distilleries Ltd Expands Operations with Land Acquisition in Goa.

Cupid Breweries and Distilleries Ltd (formerly Cupid Trades and Finance Ltd) has completed the execution and registration of a Sale Deed on March 24, 2026, acquiring 32,160 sq. meters of land in Goa.

The acquired land is earmarked for the development of the company’s alcohol and beverage (alcobev) manufacturing facility. This move aligns with Cupid Breweries and Distilleries’ strategic objective of establishing substantial in-house production capabilities and reinforcing its position as a significant player in the Indian beverages sector.

The company highlighted that the acquisition supports its long-term growth plans and strengthens its operational infrastructure, enabling greater control over production and supply of its products in the domestic market.
