"Dutch Companies Set to Sign €3.6 Billion Investment Proposals for Projects Across India at Vibrant Gujarat"
Dutch companies are poised to ink Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) worth 3.6 billion Euros during the Vibrant Gujarat summit, encompassing investments across India, including Gujarat, announced Amlan Bora, the Chief Representative for India and Trade and Investment Commissioner at the Netherlands Business Support Office on Monday.
Utilizing the platform provided by Vibrant Gujarat, Bora stated, "We are proposing an investment proposal of 3.6 billion Euros. These investments are for ports, renewable energy, and manufacturing. This includes investments in Gujarat and other parts of the country."
Addressing the media, he added, "It is difficult for me to bifurcate the investments for projects in Gujarat. The investments are spread over a period of five years."
Marisa Gerards, the Ambassador of the Netherlands to India, will lead a 158-member delegation to the summit, featuring representatives from 45 Dutch companies. The proposed investments cover various sectors and projects, contributing to economic development and collaboration between Dutch and Indian businesses.
