Emaar launches new Arabian Ranches project in Dubai.

Emaar Development on Monday unveiled Arabian Ranches III, a new secure gated townhouse neighbourhood in Dubai.

The new masterplanned community - located next to the original Arabian Ranches, which is popular with expats, will feature a central park spanning an area of about 7.5 acres, a 4km long boulevard, community parks with an extensive choice of play areas for children, as well as wellness and sports facilities.

The neighbourhood also features a lazy river, cycling tracks, a retail strip, a clubhouse and community centre, a mosque as well as schools and healthcare facilities in close proximity.
