Flyover planned at Mumbra to ease traffic.

The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) has expedited the process for the construction a flyover and widening of road at Mumbra at an estimated cost of Rs. 90 crore.

Recently, the MMRDA invited e-tenders for the construction of a flyover at Mumbra bypass junction on NH 4 at an estimated cost of Rs. 57 crore and widening of road under the extended Mumbai Urban Infrastructure Project (MUIP). This project will help segregate highway traffic from the local traffic.

The 540 m long and 24 m wide 3 plus 3 lane flyover will be constructed from Atlanta Toll Naka to Bharat Gear Company in Mumbra.
