Forbes & Company Limited has announced plans to develop a new real estate project on a 10,671 square-meter (2.63-acre) land parcel in Thane, Maharashtra. The new project is a key part of the company's strategic growth initiative.

Subject to receiving all necessary government and statutory approvals, the company intends to develop an Information Technology Park. The project will also include other related developments under the IT/ITeS policy framework, such as retail, commercial, hospitality, and office spaces.
