Fortune Primero Expands Footprint with Hosur Project; 20 Lakh Sq Ft Under Development.

Bengaluru-based Fortune Primero, which currently manages over one million square feet of owned commercial and industrial space with a 98 percent occupancy rate, is expanding its presence into Tamil Nadu with a new industrial redevelopment project in Hosur.

The company operates on a long-term build-own-lease model and maintains near-full occupancy across its commercial and industrial portfolio, according to Raahil Reddy, Director of Fortune Primero. To date, the developer has completed 25 projects spanning residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

“Over the last 15–20 years, we’ve focused primarily on commercial and industrial developments, catering to clients such as Toshiba, Titan, Tata Motors, and BMW,” Reddy said, highlighting the company’s strong industry connections and experience.
