G Square Unveils 15 New Plotted Projects in Tamil Nadu Featuring Solar-Powered Homes.

G Square, India’s largest plotted real estate developer, announced a major expansion recently with the launch of 15 new projects across Tamil Nadu, covering Hosur, Krishnagiri, Thoothukudi, Tenkasi, Thiruvallur, Salem, Chennai, Coimbatore, and Kanchipuram. The move further strengthens the company’s leadership in the land and plotted development segment, according to a company statement.

The projects will offer plots ranging from 600 sq ft to 2,400 sq ft, priced between ₹1,500 and ₹10,000 per sq ft, depending on the location. Designed as premium, ready-to-build gated communities, the developments will feature wide internal roads, landscaped open spaces, essential infrastructure, 24x7 CCTV security, and one year of free maintenance.
