Gallabox Secures $3.5M to Boost Capabilities and Expand Reach.
Chennai and US-based conversational commerce platform Gallabox has secured $3.5 million in funding to enhance its capabilities and expand its reach. The seed round was led by FUSE, with participation from existing investors Prime Venture Partners and Neon Fund, bringing the company’s total funding to $5 million since its 2021 launch.
Gallabox helps small and medium businesses (SMBs) boost sales through WhatsApp by enabling AI-powered customer interactions. The platform has served over 10,000 businesses across 45 countries, with strong adoption in sectors like education, healthcare, real estate, and travel.
CEO and co-founder Karthik Jagannathan highlighted the growing shift to B2C messaging and the need for businesses to leverage WhatsApp effectively. He emphasized that Gallabox empowers companies—regardless of technical expertise or budget—to deploy AI-driven WhatsApp agents that transform conversations into business opportunities within minutes.
The company plans to use the fresh capital to enhance its technology and expand its market presence globally.
