Godrej Properties Acquires 10-Acre Land Parcel in Yelahanka.

Godrej Properties Limited has acquired approximately 10 acres of land in Yelahanka, Bengaluru, on March 21, 2025. The project is expected to offer a developable potential of around 1.5 million square feet of saleable area, primarily featuring premium residential units of various configurations along with high-street retail spaces.

Based on current business assumptions, the project is estimated to generate a revenue potential of approximately ₹2,500 crore, reinforcing Godrej Properties’ commitment to expanding its presence in Bengaluru’s real estate market.
