Godrej Properties to Roll Out ₹22,000-Cr Worth of New Launches in H2 FY26.

Godrej Properties plans to roll out about ₹22,000 crore worth of new housing units for sale in the second half of the current fiscal, aiming to tap into sustained consumer demand, a top company executive said.

In an interview with PTI, Executive Chairperson Pirojsha Godrej noted that the developer had earlier guided for ₹40,000 crore in launches and ₹32,500 crore in sales bookings for the full year.

“We have launched ₹18,600 crore worth of projects in the first six months, and our sales bookings reached ₹15,600 crore,” he said. “That means we’ve achieved 47% of our launch guidance and 48% of our booking target. Typically, both parameters are weighted toward the second half. So we are well on track to meet or even exceed these numbers.”
