Greenzo Energy Wins 120 MW Solar Project in Nepal.

Greenzo Energy has won a significant EPC contract to develop a 120-megawatt ground-mounted solar project in Nepal, valued at ₹500 crore, advancing the region's clean energy infrastructure and supporting Nepal’s renewable energy goals.

The project, scheduled for phased completion by 2025, will span 12 clusters, each with a 10 MW solar installation. An advanced high-tension transmission line will connect the infrastructure directly to the Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) grid, enabling surplus power to flow back into the national grid to enhance energy stability and accessibility.

Greenzo will oversee all engineering, procurement, and construction aspects. “With the Letter of Credit secured and site work underway, we’re fully committed to delivering each project phase with precision and transparency," said Sandeep Agarwal, Managing Director of Greenzo Energy India, highlighting the project’s role in setting a new standard for solar energy in the region.

This project, developed in close collaboration with Nepalese authorities over two years, is expected to create over 500 jobs. Led by Greenzo Energy Executive Director Kushal Agarwal, Greenzo will handle end-to-end execution, positioning the company as a key player in cross-border renewable energy initiatives.
