Hanto Workspaces to Add 4 Lakh Sq Ft in Bengaluru by FY26, Plans Expansion in Key Cities.

Bengaluru-based Hanto Workspaces plans to expand its footprint by adding 4 lakh square feet of workspace in the city’s micro-market by FY26, while also setting its sights on expansion into Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Pune.

Founded in 2020, Hanto Workspaces has been doubling its presence annually, driven by strong domestic and international demand, said Founder Aashit Verma.

Currently, Bengaluru accounts for nearly 50% of India’s total flexible workspace market, spanning around 20 million square feet. Hanto Workspaces holds a 1.5% share but expects significant growth, particularly in Pune and Mumbai, which Verma identified as key expansion zones.

“While Bengaluru’s flex workspace market is growing at a CAGR of around 25%, Pune is expanding at 40%. We are witnessing rising demand from enterprises specifically requesting centers in Pune and Hyderabad,” he noted. The company currently serves 50-60 enterprise clients.

Despite its expansion plans, Verma emphasized a strategic and localized approach. “As a single-city operator for now, we don’t plan to expand across all regions at once. Real estate is a hyper-local sector requiring deep local expertise,” he said.

Hanto Workspaces is targeting an IPO by 2028, with projected revenues of ₹500-700 crore. The company maintains an 86% occupancy rate and an annual recurring revenue (ARR) of ₹40 crore, with several deals in the pipeline. “Our ARR has grown by 50%, and we anticipate further scaling in the coming years,” Verma added.
