Hero Realty Acquires 9-Acre Land in Mohali for Over ₹260 Crore to Develop New Project.

Hero Realty has acquired a prime 8.71-acre land parcel in Mohali for ₹262.75 crore, with plans to develop a new real estate project on the site.

The land, located in Sector 99, was purchased through an auction conducted by the Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA), the company said in a statement. The acquisition was made via Hero Realty's subsidiary, Vikas Parks Pvt Ltd.

This move marks another step in Hero Realty’s expansion in North India’s growing real estate market, with Mohali emerging as a key hub for residential and commercial development.
