"HGS Launches AI Hub in Manila to Propel Digital Innovation"
Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS) inaugurated a new AI Hub in Manila, Philippines, on October 18, aimed at enhancing digital experience solutions for its clients. The facility, which is the first of its kind in the Philippines, was inaugurated by Indian Ambassador to the Philippines, Harsh Kumar Jain, and HGS Group CEO Partha DeSarkar.
The hub features a wide array of digital technologies, including automation, analytics, artificial intelligence, virtual reality, visual AI, and speech AI. It showcases platforms such as HGS Agent X, Computer Vision, Speech and Text Analytics, and Robotic Automation, enabling clients to engage with these technologies in real-time.
Pushkar Misra, President & CEO of HGS APAC, stated that the facility will serve as a collaborative space for developing innovative customer experience solutions, emphasizing design thinking techniques to reimagine customer interactions.
Part of the Hinduja Group conglomerate, HGS operates 32 delivery centers across nine countries and employs 18,036 individuals. For the year ending March 31, 2024, the company reported total income of ₹5,087.8 crore (approximately US$ 614.5 million). HGS provides services in digital experience, business process management, and digital media, with its digital media business, NXTDIGITAL, serving over 6 million customers across 1,500 cities and towns in India.
