Mumbai-based Hiranandani Communities, led by real estate developer Niranjan Hiranandani, is projecting nearly ₹50,000 crore in revenue from its ongoing projects over the next ten years.

The projects include Hiranandani Sands, a new township in Alibaug near Mumbai, with estimated revenue of around ₹17,000 crore, and Hiranandani Fortune in Panvel, which could generate over ₹25,000 crore, Hiranandani told BusinessLine.

Speaking about the company’s growth trajectory, Hiranandani said, “We have a growth story between 15 per cent and 25 per cent every year. Developing townships has been my bread-and-butter business.”

The announcement underscores Hiranandani Communities’ continued focus on large-scale township developments and its strategy to expand premium residential projects in and around Mumbai.
