"HUDCO has formalized a partnership with the Government of Chhattisgarh through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)."

Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) on 7th January 2026 signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Chhattisgarh in Nava Raipur.

Under the non-binding MoU, HUDCO may provide financial assistance of up to ₹1 lakh crore over the next five years to support various housing and infrastructure projects across the state.

The partnership aims to bolster Chhattisgarh’s urban development initiatives and facilitate the execution of key projects in the housing and infrastructure sectors.
