IFC to fund US$100 million for UltraTech Chhattisgarh projects

IFC to fund US$100 million for UltraTech  Chhattisgarh projects UltraTech Cement will soon raise around US$100 million from the International Finance Corporation (IFC) to part finance its investment plan of around US$297 million in Chhattisgarh.

The fund will be utilized for the expansion of clinker production capacity at Ultratech's integrated cement plant in Rawan village of Chhattisgarh. According to Ultratech's project disclosure report, this project is a key component of its strategy to expand cement capacity in Eastern India.
