IL&FS Transportation bags order worth Rs 3.5 bn.

IL&FS Transportation Networks announced that the concession agreement was signed between Gujarat International Finance Tec-City Company and GIFT Parking Facilities, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company for development of a Multi-Level Car Parking at GIFT City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat on BOOT Basis. The total project cost is approx. Rs. 3.50 billion.

The project involves design, development, finance, construction, operation and maintenance of multi level car parking with a capacity of approx. 5,400 car parking spaces comprising of 16 floors including retail space at the ground floor for a period of 30 years.
