Inox Wind Ltd., Rolled out its first wind turbine

Mumbai: Gujarat Fluorochemicals Ltd has announced that the subsidiary company Inox Wind Limited has successfully commissioned its project at Basal Village, Una District, Himachal Predesh, for manufacture of Wind Operated Electricity Generators -Wind Turbines comprising of Nacelle(s) and Hub(s) for 2 MW Wind Turbine.

It has commenced commercial production of Nacelle(s) and Hub(s) for 2 MW wind turbine based on double-fed induction generator wind turbine design provided by AMSC Windtec and have dispatched the first unit on March 26, 2010
