Jamshri Realty Unveils Integrated Mixed-Use Development in Solapur.

Jamshri Realty, a real estate developer with interests spanning property and hospitality, has announced the launch of Solapur’s first integrated luxury lifestyle district.

The mixed-use development will be spread across 15 acres and will bring together high-street retail, wellness and recreational facilities, contemporary office spaces and sustainable residential living within a single master-planned precinct.

The project is being developed on the former Jamshri Mills campus, which is being rebranded as Jamshri City. Adopting a heritage-led placemaking approach, the development is envisioned as a unified destination and is scheduled to be launched in 2026.
