Kalpataru Power Transmission bags contracts worth Rs. 765 crore.
Engineering firm Kalpataru Power Transmission (KPTL) recently said it has bagged contracts worth Rs. 765 crore in domestic as well as international markets across business segments.
The company has secured a contract worth Rs 443 crore from Power Grid Corporation (PGCIL) for the 150 km 765 KV D/C Chittorgarh-Ajmer transmission lines project, a company statement issued said.
t has received an order worth Rs 153 crore in Poland to supply transmission towers and a turnkey contract from supply to commissioning of 110 km transmission lines in Botswana worth Rs. 115 crore.
The company has also received a contract worth Rs 35 crore from Gail for laying pipelines.
'We have strengthened our presence in domestic markets especially in high voltage segment from PGCIL and state electricity boards. In international business, we have continued to expand our reach by entering into two more countries like Poland and Botswana,' KPTL Joint Managing Director Manish Mohnot said.
