Landmark Group Acquires 22 Acres in Gurugram for Integrated Luxury Development

Gurugram, November 1, 2026: Landmark Group has acquired a 22-acre land parcel along Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram, Haryana, for a proposed integrated luxury development, marking a significant milestone in its ₹15,000 crore expansion strategy across the National Capital Region.

The development, with an estimated sales potential of ₹11,000 crore, will feature a five-star hotel, branded serviced apartments, premium retail spaces, corporate offices and residential facilities. The acquired land, reportedly valued at approximately ₹660 crore, offers development potential of around 5–5.5 million square feet.

Currently in the planning and conceptualisation stage, the project aims to establish a premium mixed-use destination combining hospitality, commercial and residential infrastructure.

Landmark Group Chairman Sandeep Chhillar highlighted the company's commitment to large-scale developments and long-term value creation. The acquisition strengthens the group's development pipeline and is expected to support infrastructure growth, employment opportunities and real estate activity along Gurugram's rapidly expanding Dwarka Expressway corridor
