Laurus Labs Allotted 531.77 Acres by Andhra Pradesh Government.

The Government of Andhra Pradesh has officially allotted 531.77 acres of land in IP Rambilli Phase-II, Anakapalli District, to Laurus Labs Ltd. This substantial land parcel is designated for the establishment of a Laurus Pharma Zone (LPZ), which will house new manufacturing units for pharmaceutical products.

The allocation was formalized through G.O.Ms.No.136, issued by the Government of Andhra Pradesh on July 27, 2025.

Laurus Labs has outlined an ambitious plan for the new facility, projecting an investment of ₹5,630 crore and the creation of 6,350 jobs across three phases over an eight-year period. This land allotment is a critical step for Laurus Labs, securing a vital component for its future business expansion and reinforcing its manufacturing capabilities.
