Lemon Tree completes acquisition of Keys Hotels.

Lemon Tree Hotels Limited ('Lemon Tree") had earlier announced about the acquisition of 100% shareholding of Berggruen Hotels Private Limited ("Keys Hotels") by Fleur Hotels Private Limited ("FHPL"), material subsidiary of the Company. HPL has acquired 100% share capital of Keys Hotels today and Keys Hotels has become a wholly owned subsidiary of FHPL and an indirect subsidiary of Lemon Tree.
