MAHE to Establish Microsoft Labs at Five Campuses

Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) has partnered with Microsoft to strengthen artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities and digital innovation across its academic ecosystem, the institution said.

As part of the partnership, Microsoft Labs will be established across five MAHE constituent units, covering campuses in Manipal and Bengaluru.

The labs will be set up at TA Pai Management Institute (TAPMI), Manipal; TAPMI, Bengaluru; Manipal School of Commerce and Economics, Manipal; Manipal Institute of Commerce, Finance and Economics, Bengaluru; and Manipal Law School, Bengaluru.

According to a media statement, the facilities will give students and faculty access to advanced technologies and hands-on learning opportunities.

The initiative will also support interdisciplinary research and strengthen collaboration between academia and industry, the statement said.

The partnership is aimed at creating a technology-enabled learning environment and expanding opportunities for students and faculty to engage with emerging AI and digital technologies.
