Marine Drive project: Firms with poor record in fray.

Two firms have responded to the BMC's Rs. 60-crore tender to resurface Marine Drive. No big infrastructure firm showed any interest despite the civic body's efforts.

The bids, opened recently showed RPS Infraprojects has bid 14.42% above the base price while K R Constructions bid 14.99% above, said civic officials.
