In a significant move towards holistic development, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to launch a Rs. 24,000-crore scheme targeting the comprehensive development of Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups (PVTG) in Jharkhand. The launch is scheduled to take place on 'Janjatiya Gaurav Divas' on November 15, as announced by the Prime Minister's office recently.

On the same day, PM Modi will also initiate the 'Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra', release the 15th installment of PM-KISAN, and inaugurate or lay the foundation stone for various development projects in the state. To mark the occasion, he will hold a roadshow in Ranchi, starting from the Birsa Munda airport and concluding at the Raj Bhavan, covering a distance of about 10 km.

The Prime Minister's visit to Jharkhand is scheduled for November 14th-15th, according to a statement from the Prime Minister's Office. The day will commence with a visit to the Bhagwan Birsa Munda Memorial Park-cum-Freedom Fighter Museum in Ranchi around 9:30 am. Subsequently, he will pay homage at the statue of Bhagwan Birsa Munda at Ulihatu Village, the birthplace of the revered figure.

Notably, PM Modi will be the first Prime Minister to visit Ulihatu Village, emphasizing the historical significance of the occasion. Around 11:30 am, he will participate in a program commemorating the third Janjatiya Gaurav Diwas, 2023 in Khunti.

During this event, the Prime Minister will launch the 'Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra' and the Pradhan Mantri Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups Mission. Additionally, he will release the 15th installment of PM-KISAN and inaugurate, dedicate to the nation, and lay the foundation stone for multiple development projects in Jharkhand.

The Prime Minister's consistent effort has been to achieve the saturation of government flagship schemes, ensuring their benefits reach all targeted beneficiaries in a timely manner, the statement emphasized. As part of this commitment, Modi will launch the 'Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra' on the auspicious occasion of Janjatiya Gaurav Diwas.
