NBCC India Ltd Completes E-Auction of Residential Units at Aspire Centurian Park, Greater Noida.

NBCC (India) Limited has successfully sold 1,046 residential units at Aspire Centurian Park, Greater Noida (West), Uttar Pradesh, through an e-auction, generating a total sale value of approximately ₹2,353 crore.

As part of the transaction, NBCC will receive a marketing fee of 1% of the total sale value. The successful e-auction marks a significant achievement for NBCC in facilitating real estate sales through digital platforms.
