NBCC Lands ₹3,700 Cr Mixed-Use Project in Rajasthan.

State-owned NBCC Ltd announced recently that it has secured a major contract from the Rajasthan government to develop a large-scale, mixed-use project. The contract, estimated to be worth around ₹3,700 crore, positions NBCC as the lead agency for a comprehensive development on 95 acres of land.

In a regulatory filing, the company confirmed it will handle the design, construction, and marketing of the project. The ambitious plan includes several key components: the Rajasthan Mandapam Convention Centre, a Global Capability Centre (GCC) Tower, an IT Tower, luxury hotels, and new commercial and residential buildings.

The project site is strategically located along the B2 Bypass, Tonk Road, under the jurisdiction of the Rajasthan State Industrial Development & Investment Corporation (RIICO). This significant development is expected to boost infrastructure and economic activity in the region.
