NIS Management Ltd has been awarded five work orders by Reliance Projects & Property Management Services Limited for housekeeping services, pantry boy services, and other ancillary support functions.

According to the company, the total revenue expected from the contract is ₹30.77 crore (₹30,77,03,567.97), inclusive of all taxes. The orders are part of routine facility management operations and are expected to strengthen the company’s service portfolio in the integrated support services segment.

The company described the development as a reflection of its operational capabilities and the trust placed in its workforce, adding that it looks forward to working closely with Reliance Projects & Property Management Services Limited on the assignment.
