NLC India Limited updates on solar power project.

Pursuant to confirmation received from TANGEDCO, vide letter dated 11.09.2019, NLC India Limited has announced that 95 MW capacity of the 109 MW Solar PV power plant at Avathandai, Veppankulam, M. Pudukulam and Kadamangalam Village, Kadaladi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, out of 709 MW solar power projects awarded by TANGEDCO has been successfully commissioned and that the commercial operation has been declared with effect from 06.09.2019. With this addition, the total installed Renewable Energy capacity of NLCIL has exceeded 1 GW.
