Nova Agritech Ltd's New Plants Poised for Commissioning.

Nova Agritech Limited (NATL) and its subsidiary, Nova Agri Sciences Private Limited (NASPL), announced today that their new formulation plants in Singannaguda Village, Mulugu Mandal, Siddipet District, Telangana, are complete and ready for commissioning. Production is set to commence from July 7, 2025.

These state-of-the-art facilities were established using proceeds from Nova Agritech's Initial Public Offering (IPO). The company anticipates that the new plants will significantly enhance its operational capabilities, fostering greater self-sufficiency across the entire manufacturing cycle of its products.

The expansion of manufacturing capacity is expected to bolster Nova Agritech's market visibility and secure its future marketplace for both NATL and NASPL products by substantially increasing production output. This move is a crucial step in the company's growth strategy, aiming to meet rising demand and strengthen its position in the agricultural sector.
