"Omaxe Group Launches ₹2,500-Crore Multi-Sports and Cultural Destination in Delhi"

Omaxe Group announced a significant investment of nearly ₹2,500 crore for its new project, The Omaxe State, in Dwarka Sector 19-B, New Delhi. Spanning over 50.4 acres, this expansive development aims to create a comprehensive multi-sports and cultural destination.

The project, developed in collaboration with the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) under a public-private partnership (PPP) model, will feature a range of facilities including sports, retail, hospitality, food, and cultural spaces. Highlights of The Omaxe State include an international-standard football and cricket stadium with a seating capacity of over 30,000, and a multi-sports indoor stadium with nearly 2,000 seats.

Scheduled for completion by 2027, The Omaxe State is projected to generate over ₹4,200 crore in revenue over its lifecycle.
