Paras Defence Partners with Hevendrones for Strategic Collaboration.

Paras Defence and Space Technologies Limited ('PARAS'), an Indian defence and space engineering company, has announced a strategic partnership with Hevendrones Ltd. ('HD'), an Israeli drone technology firm. The two companies formalized their collaboration through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed on May 5, 2025, with the shared goal of forging new opportunities and expanding their respective businesses within the Indian and global defence sectors.

To realize the objectives outlined in the MoU, PARAS and Hevendrones intend to establish a Joint Venture Company ('JV') in India. This JV will focus on the development and production of advanced logistics and cargo drones catering to both the defence and civil markets. This strategic move is firmly aligned with the Indian government's "Make in India" initiative, emphasizing indigenous manufacturing and technological self-reliance in the defence and aerospace domain. The collaboration leverages the expertise of both companies to address the growing demand for sophisticated drone solutions.
