"PM Modi to Inaugurate Multiple Development Projects During 2-Day Gujarat Visit"

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is embarking on a two-day visit to Gujarat, commencing, during which he will inaugurate and lay the foundation stones for a range of development projects with an estimated value of ₹5,950 crore, according to officials.

The Prime Minister's itinerary includes paying tribute to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel at the Statue of Unity in Narmada district.

On Monday morning, Modi will offer prayers at the Ambaji temple in Banaskantha district, as confirmed by Collector Varun Banarwal.

In a public event at Dabhoda village in Mehsana district, the Prime Minister is set to inaugurate and lay the foundation stones for various projects valued at ₹5,950 crore, as announced by the Gujarat government. The extensive development initiatives encompass the inauguration of two significant railway projects in Mehsana and Ahmedabad districts. These include a 77-kilometer long western dedicated freight corridor section and the double-tracking of a 182-kilometer railway line from Viramgam to Samkhiali.

Additionally, the Prime Minister will launch a project by the Gujarat Railway Infrastructure Development Corporation, benefiting companies operating within the Mandal-Becharaji Special Investment Zone.

From this location, Modi will also dedicate projects related to lake recharging, the construction of a barrage on the Sabarmati river, and a lift irrigation project based on the Panam reservoir in Mahisagar district. Other projects on the agenda encompass the four-laning of a road, sewage treatment plants, and drainage lines.

On October 31, the Prime Minister will pay homage to Sardar Patel and partake in the 'National Unity Day' celebration at Ekta Nagar in Narmada district, coinciding with Patel's birth anniversary.

During this visit, Modi is scheduled to address officer trainees participating in the 98th Common Foundation Course at the conclusion of Aarambh 5.0. This fifth edition of Aarambh revolves around the theme of 'Harnessing the power of disruption,' according to official sources.

The Prime Minister will also inaugurate development projects and tourism attractions at Ekta Nagar, as highlighted by the Statue of Unity Area Development and Tourism Governance Authority. These initiatives encompass the introduction of 30 e-buses, a public bike-sharing program, city gas distribution facilitated by Gujarat Gas Limited, and the provision of golf carts to enhance transportation for tourists visiting Ekta Nagar.

Modi will inaugurate a visitors' center at Ekta Nagar, designed to cater to tourists with shops, food courts, restaurants, and various rest and entertainment facilities, ensuring essential amenities for visitors.

Additionally, at Ekta Nagar, the Prime Minister will inaugurate 'Kamalam Park,' a nursery for dragon fruit, also known as 'Kamalam,' situated on the left bank of the Narmada river.
