Provident Housing Unveils Second Phase of Bengaluru Eco-Project.

Provident Housing Limited today announced the launch of the second phase of its highly successful Provident Ecopolitan project in Bengaluru, following the sell-out of the first phase. The new phase, set to open this weekend, will offer 581 residential units spread across two towers, strategically located near the KIADB Aerospace Park.

The new development includes a variety of unit types, with 1 BHK units ranging from 530-590 sq. ft., 3 BHK units between 1,492-1,550 sq. ft., and spacious 3.5 BHK units ranging from 1,793-1,911 sq. ft. The project is designed with sustainability in mind, featuring over 30 lifestyle amenities and incorporating more than 45 species of indigenous flora in its eco-friendly landscape.

CEO Mallanna Sasalu emphasized the focus on sustainable living, highlighting green initiatives such as provisions for electric vehicle (EV) charging stations and a ‘one tree per family’ initiative. The development offers excellent connectivity, with easy access to Kempegowda International Airport, Yelahanka Railway Station, and the upcoming Bagalur Cross Metro Station.

Provident Housing, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Puravankara Limited, operates in nine Indian cities, including Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Hyderabad. The company has been a key player in the real estate sector since its establishment in 2008.
