RITES Wins ₹148 Crore Project Management Contract for IIM Raipur Campus.

RITES Limited, a leading infrastructure consulting firm, has been awarded a project management consultancy (PMC) contract by the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Raipur for the development of its Phase II campus. The contract, valued at ₹148.25 crore (excluding GST), was announced in a stock exchange filing on December 5, 2024.

Under the contract, RITES will provide comprehensive project management services, including execution, supervision, monitoring, and overall development of the campus expansion project in Chhattisgarh. The project is expected to be completed within 23 months on a cost-plus basis.

This contract further solidifies RITES' position as a key player in the infrastructure consulting and project management sectors across India. The company will oversee all technical and operational aspects of the expansion, ensuring the project's timely and efficient completion.

The appointment highlights RITES’ continued involvement in institutional infrastructure development, particularly within the education sector. The IIM Raipur campus expansion is expected to further strengthen the company's portfolio in the domestic infrastructure domain.
