RVNL Wins ₹294.95 Crore Railway Track Doubling Project in Telangana.

Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has been awarded a ₹294.95 crore Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) contract by South Central Railway for doubling the railway track between Navipet and Indalvai stations in Telangana. The project spans 33.70 kilometers, excluding a 2.3-kilometer stretch of the Nizamabad Yard.

The project is part of the broader Mudkhed-Medchal Doubling Project and includes electrification and signaling upgrades. The specified section for work runs from kilometer 446.900 to kilometer 482.900, with the Nizamabad Yard segment (kilometer 458.825 to 461.125) excluded.

RVNL, a public sector enterprise under the Ministry of Railways, is tasked with completing the project within 24 months. This development reinforces RVNL’s role in enhancing India’s railway infrastructure.
