Salman Khan Ventures to Develop ₹10,000-Crore Film Studio and Township.

Salman Khan Ventures Private Ltd and Ajay Devgn Film Studio, promoted by Bollywood actors Salman Khan and Ajay Devgn, have announced plans to establish film studios, VFX facilities, and integrated townships at Bharat Future City in Telangana.

The Indian Institute of Film & Animation will also set up facilities at the development.

Salman Khan Ventures is set to invest ₹10,000 crore to create a world-class film studio and integrated township in the state. “The project blends luxury hospitality, experiential leisure, sporting infrastructure, and a full-fledged production ecosystem—making it one of the largest creative-economy investments in the region,” a senior Telangana government official said.
