SCCL Secures Environmental Approval for Ramagundam Mine.

The Ramagundam Coal Mine Project of Singareni Collieries Company Ltd (SCCL) has secured all necessary clearances from the central government, marking a significant step forward for the project.

The Hyderabad-based company said it has been informed of approvals related to primary environmental, forest, and climate clearances. Formal documentation is expected to be received shortly, according to an official release.

Once operational, the project is expected to produce 210 lakh tonnes of coal annually, contributing to the region’s energy and industrial needs.
