Shoumous Properties launches full-service plots in Sharjah.

Shoumous Properties has announced the launch of the Shoumous Residential Complex in Sharjah, fully serviced plot facility for new homes. The USD 150 million project, located at the Al Tai district, is a joint venture between UAE based, Albatha Real Estate Group and the Moafaq Al Gaddah (MAG) Group.

The residential complex covers an area of 6.8 million square feet, offering 220 residential plots of six different sizes. The plots range from 18,442 to 39,297 square feet, with car parking and boundary walls.

The additional facilities offered at the complex include a commercial center, three parks, two mosques and a hyper market. The development also features a sewage treatment plant with odor-control and storm water drainage.

The handover of the plots will take place by the end of 2015.
