Shriram Properties Inks JDA for North Bengaluru Land to Develop ₹600-Crore Project.

Shriram Properties has entered into a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for a 15-acre land parcel in North Bengaluru, with the first phase covering 7 acres. The company plans to develop a premium row house project on the site with an estimated gross development value of ₹600 crore.

Located in one of North Bengaluru’s most sought-after markets, the project will feature exclusive row houses designed to combine modern architecture with sustainable, nature-inspired design elements.

The agreement is in line with Shriram Properties’ asset-light strategy, which focuses on partnerships and efficient capital allocation in high-growth urban locations.
