Real estate developer Sobha Ltd is set to invest approximately ₹800 crore in a new luxury housing project in Greater Noida, marking a significant expansion of its business in the bustling Delhi-NCR property market.

The Bengaluru-based company has secured all necessary regulatory approvals to launch its project, named 'SOBHA Aurum', which will comprise 420 luxury apartments.

According to a company statement released on Thursday, the project is spread across 3.46 acres and boasts a substantial development potential of 9.3 lakh square feet, signaling Sobha's commitment to strengthening its presence in the key North Indian real estate sector.
