Starlink Delegation Explores Future Investment Plans in India.

A delegation from Starlink, the satellite internet services company owned by Elon Musk, met with Commerce & Industry Minister Piyush Goyal on Wednesday to discuss the company's existing partnerships and its future plans for investment in India.

The meeting included Vice-President Chad Gibbs and Senior Director Ryan Goodnight, who highlighted Starlink’s cutting-edge technology platform. Minister Goyal shared details of the discussions on X, noting that they covered both the company's current collaborations and its future growth plans in the Indian market.

This comes after India’s largest telecom operators, Bharti Airtel and Reliance Jio, signed agreements with Musk’s SpaceX last month to offer Starlink’s broadband internet services to their customers across India.
