Stone Laid for High-level Bridges.

Agriculture minister Prathipati Pulla Rao along with the Guntur MP Galla Jayadev laid foundation stone for the construction of two high-level bridges at Medikonduru mandal headquarters in Tadikonda constituency recently.

Pulla Rao on the ocassion said that both the bridges constructed at a cost of Rs. 5.45 crore will help in avoiding traffic congestion. Exuding hope that construction works of the both the bridges will be completed before Krishna Puskharam, slated for August, he said that funds to the tune of Rs. 1.10 cr have already been sanctioned for construction of another high-level bridge at Medikonduru and the works of the same will began soon after completing the tender process.

Later, MP Jayadev said that the Centre is giving priority to AP. Tadikonda MLA T Sravan Kumar and others were present.
