TATA Housing plans to launch about 10 new residential projects

Mumbai: Tata Housing Development Company plans to launch about 10 new residential projects in both affordable and luxury segments during the current fiscal. These projects may entail an investment of about Rs 1,200 crore. The company is likely to acquire about 10 million sq ft in this fiscal to launch new projects.

While some projects will be developed with its JV partners, some will be standalone projects. Funding for the new project is likely to be a mix of internal accruals, debt and sales revenue.

The projects are likely to be developed in cities, like Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad and Bangalore. Tata Housing develops residential properties of four different economic categories - ultra luxury, premium, affordable and value homes
