The Indian Wood Products Co. Ltd. commences Commercial production at Jammu & Kashmir Plant.

The Indian wood Products Co. Limited [BSE: IWP): had earlier announced the commencement of trail production of Premium Katha from July 11, 2019, at ots samba Plant in the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir. The company has received all requisite registrations and approvals from relevant Government Authorities for Samba Plant. The delay in receiving the requisite registrations and approvals from Government Authority is due to revocation of Article 370 followed by Pandemic Covid-19.

Accordingly, the Commercial Production of Katha & Cutch at Samba Plant, Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir, has commenced. The company targets to achieve full capacity utilization by August, 2020.
