Vaswani Industries Completes Billet Capacity Expansion to 1.5 Lakh MTPA.

Vaswani Industries Ltd. has announced it has completed a significant expansion of its billet manufacturing capacity and is making progress on several solar power projects.

Billet Production Capacity Rises to 1.5 Lakh MT

The company has successfully expanded its billet manufacturing capacity from 66,000 metric tons per annum (MTPA) to 150,000 MTPA. The expansion was completed in June 2025, and trial runs are now underway. Commercial production is pending the final Consent to Operate (CTO) from the Pollution Control Department, with the company stating it will inform stock exchanges once the approval is received and operations begin.

Solar Power Projects Totaling 66.5 MWp

The company provided an update on its total of 66.50 MWp in solar power projects:





  • 16.25 MWp Plant, Gandai: This facility in Chhattisgarh is already operational.




  • 13.75 MWp Plant, Mohbhatta: While the structure work is complete, module installation was delayed due to heavy rainfall in July that affected site conditions and logistics. Installation is currently in progress, with the plant expected to be operational by the end of November 2025.




  • 36.25 MWp Plant, Mohbhatta: Progress on this larger solar project is well underway. The company has completed land acquisition, finished the structure work, and secured bank financing from Union Bank of India. Module installation has now begun, and the plant is expected to be operational in November-December 2025.
