WeWork India Expands Footprint with 200,000 Sq Ft of New Centres in Chennai, Pune.

WeWork India, a prominent workspace operator, has announced the signing of lease agreements for two new centers, significantly expanding its portfolio by 200,000 square feet. These new facilities, WeWork EON Free Zone in Pune and WeWork Ramanujan Intellion Park in Chennai, are slated to open in the second half of Fiscal Year 2025.

This expansion marks WeWork India's growing presence in key Indian markets.

Chennai Sees Third WeWork Location

Chennai, which WeWork India entered just a year ago, will now host its third center: WeWork Ramanujan Intellion Park. Strategically located at the beginning of Old Mahabalipuram Road, this facility is a fully customized workspace. It spans three floors of the Littlewood Tower, covering an expansive 150,000 square feet and offering 2,400 desks.

Pune Strengthens WeWork's Presence

In Pune, the EON Free Zone in Kharadi will become WeWork's seventh operational center in the city. This new space covers 60,000 square feet across two floors and will accommodate 1,000 desks, further solidifying WeWork's presence in Pune's thriving business landscape.
